Hi,

it is the perfect moment to start with a new project when staying at home due to the virus. I started with patchwork knitting. Do you know it? The idea is to make little squares (like the patchwork made of fabric) in different colours. If you have knitted enough squares you put them together to make a big blanket.

I choose an easy pattern, using just two colours, ocher yellow and bordeaux. Cast on 15 stitches and knit 19 rows. Cast off. That's it! I can do it while watching television or when my kids are just playing around (I don't knit a difficult pattern when they are around, cause I found it difficult to concentrate)

Also fun to do with leftovers! (you just have to pay attention that you use the same type of yarn) Or if you've just started with knitting.

Enjoy your day!

Keep safe, stay at home!

Lots of love, Sofie
